It was well located between Robina Town Centre and Pacific Fair. The beds were reasonably comfortable, but a little softer than I like. The room was spacious and clean and with my booking I got 10% off my meal, plus a free drink and buffet breakfast. It was ideal for a short stay as I could check in, walk down to the pub for a nice meal, and have breakfast ready in the morning. It made my travel very easy and I enjoyed my stay.

My extended family and I recently stayed at Mermaid Waters Hotel for a long-awaited family trip. Given the size of our group, we had to split into three different lovely rooms, but that didn't stop us from having an amazing time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped to accommodate our large family. The beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff kept everything in perfect condition throughout our stay. What stood out the most, however, was the hotel staff. They were extremely friendly and attentive to our needs, ensuring that we felt welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast served every morning was perfect, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and bacon. The quality of the food was top-notch, and we looked forward to starting our day with such a delicious meal. One of the highlights of our stay was the surprise birthday gift they prepared for my cousin. The staff went above and beyond by arranging a small celebration with a cake and personalized birthday card. It was a lovely gesture that added a special touch to our family trip.

When I checked in the greeting was excellent. The girl at reception - with a French accent - remembered me from my previous stay (3 months earlier). I find that level of customer attention surpassing what we have become used to by a large margin. Excellent! When my family and I went to breakfast the next morning, the highly engaged girl on duty made everyone in the room feel special with her enthusiasm and attention to detail. My family were extremely impressed. The service feels personal. This is too rare in the modern age. This hotel remains our choice for any future visit to the Gold Coast.

The two things I care about when I travel is a comfortable bed and cleanliness. The bed was really comfortable which is not always easy to find at the moment!! So that was awesome. Breakfast was included which was handy (although likely built into the cost) and the pool area was really nice. Close to Pacific Fair shopping centre and Putt Putt.
